Situated on the border of Cork and Kerry, on the main Cork/Killarney road (N22), the Abbey Hotel is the ideal base from which to explore the beautiful countryside of Cork and Kerry. We are situated in the Gaeltacht area of Ballyvourney only a short drive from the beautiful Gougane Barra, Bantry Bay and Millstreet Country Park to mention but a few.

Our recently refurbished restaurant offers a wide range of dishes from a la carte and dinner menus. Also full bar menu available with carvery lunch served daily. The food is prepared by a team of chefs and is beautifully presented with attention to detail.
BAR
The tastefully decorated bar is a popular meeting place for guests and locals alike. Ideal for a light meal, a quiet drink or a friendly upon, the bar's warm and friendly atmosphere is the perfect place to gather with friends old and new. Full bar menu available with carvery lunch served daily.
ROOMS
The hotel's 39 newly appointed bedrooms are all en-suite with tea / coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone and satellite T.V. Gift Vouchers are also available for purchase.
FUNCTION ROOM
An elegantly designed function room, with its own bar can comfortably seat up to 300 guests for wedding receptions, conferences and meetings. An excellent choice of menus is available to cater for all tastes.
